We did obstacle course for kids as one of our outside activities. 

Ask kids to form two lines, dividing them into two teams before and stand right in front of start line. On count three they have to start crossing over the obstacles the face on their way. 

This activity is towards to physical development of our kids, to hard the muscles, make them more flexible and resilient. They  go through these obstacle not alone, but in team so it makes  them more cohesive and it has positive effect on their teamwork.
